The frequency of cleaning depends on your personal needs and lifestyle. We offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cleaning options. During your initial consultation, we’ll help you determine the best schedule for your home.

You don’t have to be home during the cleaning unless you prefer to be. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code so we can clean while they’re at work or out. Your security and peace of mind are important to us, and we handle all keys and codes with the utmost care.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not happy with the service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll come back to address any issues at no additional cost.

The time required for a deep clean depends on the size and condition of your home. Typically, a deep clean takes between 4 to 8 hours. We’ll provide you with a more accurate time estimate during your consultation.

We recommend tidying up any clutter and ensuring that areas you want cleaned are accessible. This allows our team to focus on delivering the most thorough clean possible.
We recommend scheduling a deep clean at least twice a year, or more often if your home requires it. This ensures that every part of your home remains in excellent condition throughout the year.
Our team is trained to clean a wide range of surfaces and areas, but we do have a few limitations for safety and insurance reasons. For example, we don’t clean the exterior of windows, lift heavy furniture, or handle any hazardous materials.
